About our School
Children of Promise—Christian Montessori School was founded in1984. The directress, Sieglinde Schnellbacher, has been working in Montessori education for more than 30 years. She received her training in Frankfurt, Germany and her AMI diploma from the St. Louis Training Center.
Children of Promise provides a caring atmosphere where children can acquire the confidence and motivation to fulfill their potential; loving and peaceful interaction is emphasized. The majority of time is spent on independent work with Montessori materials; however, the children also meet for group lessons in foreign language, Bible teaching and physical education. Our school offers a Pre-School and a Kindergarten Program for children ages 3 through 6 years, Mondays through Fridays.
